Bust portrait of Henry Knox (1750-1806), in military uniform, body facing forward, head turned to left. Apparently powdered hair, blue eyes. White stock and jabot. Buff waistcoat; very dark blue coat with buff facings & gold epaulettes with two silver stars, brass buttons on coat & waistcoat. Medal of Society of Cincinnati. From light blue & white ribbon threaded with carved edge on each side of cove.
