Hermitage of La Soledad

“Along the Paso del Tirador, by the road, flows the brook of La Soledad. With some little meadows on the sides, almost covered by the grove, it is a very pastoral spot, like the ones in tapestries” Journey to the Alcarria, Camilo Jose Cela. The hermitage of La Soledad was located by the Tagus but when the Entrepeñas reservoir was built, it was completely reconstructed on the top of the hill.
