The round, straight foot supports a hemispherical body with a long, truncated cone neck. It is equipped with two curved handles shaped with a thick plate on each side, connecting the top with the bottom curve of the body. The handles are pierced in a semicircular shape at the neck juncture. The handles are decorated with a simple, geometrical, relief pattern emphasized by bright lines. The vase is covered with a golden green metallic lustre glaze, which was partly applied with a special protection coating before acid-etching. This is how the bright, shiny contours around the top, neck and body and also on the matte surface of the handle were made, as well as the fine veins of the bright, vertical lines of the body.
