and explosives, namely: 2 machine guns, 26 grenades and 260 pieces of ammunition of various kinds at 50, Śliska St., four “Mas” and “Sten” machine guns, a “Parabellum” pistol, 26 cartridges for those weapons and 890 pieces of ammunition of various calibres at 95/6 Pańska St., a “Vis” pistol, 3 magazines, 203 bullets for that pistol and an explosive at 20/1 Skrzetuskiego St.
e./ during the war, namely from his arrival to
Poland, i.e. 8 December 1945, as a second lieutenant subject to report to service in the ranks of the Polish Army did not report on the date set forth in the summons and with the aim of permanently avoiding obligatory military service, did not report to the proper Military Enrolment Office up to the date of his arrest, i.e., 8 May 1947.
f./ In the period of time from 8 December 1945 to the day of his arrest, i.e., 8 May 1947, he used, in the territory of Poland, falsified documents with the names of
Jezierski Roman and Pilecki Witold.
Having regard to the above,
it is decided to bring criminal charges against Pilecki Witold, son of Julian pursuant to:
