Hindustan Motors' Ambassador (Mark II) from the late 1960s

This 1969 Ambassador Mark II is amongst those classic models of Hindustan Motors, which were rolled out in the production years from 1969 – 1975, the replacement of front chrome fascia in the Mark II made the look elegant. With the pulled out chrome and the new front end the car was delight to look at.

This front door type car had a manual 4 speed gear box and rear wheel drive. Moulding ran from the fender to the windscreen, and parking lights were located near the radiator grills.
