Homage to Francis Bacon

Igor Tishin’s works, which go beyond common aesthetic standards, combine techniques of conceptual art, abstraction, Surrealism and Dada, Expressionism, punk, and elements of comic-strip art. The artist himself does not venture a clear-cut definition for his style, naming Chaïm Soutine and Francis Bacon as his teachers.
