Peter Dorrell, George Bass, Peter Throckmorton, and Honor Frost working on the maps of the Cape Gelidonya wreck. Honor Frost was involved in the first systematic excavation of a shipwreck. This was at the site of Cape Gelidonya and marked the beginning of maritime archaeology as a discipline as we know it today.
