Taking note of the horizontal line at his eye level on the walls of SARUBIA, Seung-un Chung created a kind of spatial painting with his ‘HORIZON’ Project. A long rectangular structure fabricated from Chinese juniper, highlighted the existing qualities of the space. The size, volume, tension and density, encourage the experience of space through smell, touch, and the rest of the five senses.
