Seven (7) traditional horn blowers on each side of the central walkway, in a kneeling stance perched on plinths within the fountain pools.

Traditionally, horn music is used for mourning in Ghana, especially for funerals of prominent leaders. The horn blowers are announcing the demise of a great leader and ushering visitors to his tomb.
