- Biography: Jeram Patel was born in 1930, Gujarat. He studied drawing and painting at Sir J.J. school of Art, Bombay, 1950-55 and typography & publicity design at central school of Art & craft, London. He is the recipient of several awards including the National Award from Lalit Kala Akademi in 1957,1963,1973 & 1984, Kala Ratna by AIFACS in 1997, and National Award for Design in 1976. He received the EmeritusJeram Patel lives and works in Baroda.
