"Humana Vergogna"

"Humana vergogna" is the performance directed by Silvia Gribaudi and Matteo Maffesanti, within the project "The poetry of Shame".
The performance is the result of seminars, meetings and artistic residencies that took place in Italy, Macedonia, Kosovo and Japan and of workshops that involved the artistic and scientific communities, groups of citizens and prisoners of the Matera Detention Centre, the place where the show made its debut.
Recently awarded the Best Performance prize at the Festival Infant in Serbia for its particular expressivity in border areas between theatre and other arts or creative fields, it required the audience to have an open mind. It is an ironic and modern emotional journey aimed at exposing the weakness that makes us unique and special.
