The Nizam College Road runs in a vertical manner, from which diverged another road to the Nizam Palace known as King's Kothi and to the north of it locates a large ground, which occupies the mansion of William Rumbold are visible on the map. William Rumbold was the partner of the famous firm Palmer & Company, who died in 1833, afterward the building used as the Nizam College. And, few residences are also visible to the left side of Nizam College Road.
