The road leading to Maula Ali Pahar (hill) is visible. The name of localities on or around hilly would be called along with either Tekri or Pahar. The Maula Ali Pahar is a massive rock formation, especially of in dome-shaped, famous for a dargah atop of it. The shrine is dedicated to Ali, the fourth caliph, and Imam for Shiites. It is also known as Koh-i-sharif or Koh- i- Maula Ali. There are nearly 500 steps to climb up from the foothills. The rows of arches, which leads to the top, were built during Asaf Jahi era in the 19th century A.D. According to the tradition, during Ibrahim Qutb Shah IV, Yakoot, a eunuch had a dream in which a man asked him to accompany him to see the Hazrat Ali, fourth Caliph. And, Yakoot followed him, could see that Ali seated on the summit of the hill. Again, next day morning Yakoot went up the hill and saw the hand and side mark of Ali engraved on the stone where he had seated during the night. And, Yakoot built an arch there and made offerings on 17 Rajab month. Sultan Ibrahim Qutb Shah also heard about the incident, who visited the place and built a mosque there. The annual ceremony (urs) is still observed on the 17th Rajab Month. Two canals namely Nala Lingampalli and Nala Khandak are visible on the map. Also, a temple dedicated to Mata and a Customs Chauki, which was served as the police station is visible. Moreover, on the left side of the Maula Ali Pahar road, the Wahid Bagh flower garden, and garden belongs to Nawab Khurshed Jah Bahadur covering an extensive area with hedges are visible.
