The Sarf-I-Khas Chhaoni Road runs in a slanting manner and around it occupied the office of the Sarf-I-Khas Infantry. Adjoining to office lies practice ground for Bands, Mess House, Tennis Courts, Officer's Quarters, and Hospital are visible. Sarf-i-Khas was crown land, every resource under this department would be for royalty including the Sarf-i-Khas army. And, to the south of office of the Sarf-I-Khas Infantry lies the garden belongs to Nawab Akbar Jang Bahadur. Nawab Akbar Jang Bahadur was the secretary to the Government in Judicial, Police, General Departments and finally even served as the Judge of Hyderabad High Court. His ancestors belonged to Afridi tribe of Afghanistan, migrated to India and settled at Farrukhabad, of which some came to Deccan along with Nizam-ul-Mulk Asaf Jah.
