A vast uninhabited area where channels flowing diverted from the Singos Tank distributing drinking water are visible. The garden belongs toBal Mukund and Shahi flower garden are also visible, and both of these are also linked to the running channel. In short, the region is completely arid in nature, which can easily identifiable by the presence of more channels. And, somewhere in the arid region, Makta Ram Kishan which includes a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman and a flower garden is also visible. There was a system of land tenure in the Telangana region, under which the govt land varying in size, either from small holdings to a whole village or group of villages, were given on a fixed rent to bring the new lands under the cultivation. The holder was known as Maktadars, were locally powerful landlords. So, such land obviously was called as Makta land and in due course, came into existence that calling any area part of Makta land along with the holder name like Makta Ram Kishan.
