The Mir Alam Tank & Idgah Road runs in a vertical manner, and to the left side of it lies Shahi Makta is visible on the map. There was a system of land tenure in the Telangana region, under which the govt land varying in size, either from small holdings to a whole village or group of villages, were given on a fixed rent to bring the new lands under the cultivation. The holder was known as Maktadars, were locally powerful landlords. So, such land obviously was called as Makta land and in due course, came into existence that calling any area part of Makta land along with the holder name. Here on the map, Shahi Makta is visible. And, from the road diverged Andarun-i Tarban Street and Tarban Nawab Deorhi Street towards the right side and around these two roads, the residences of the nobles, in which some includes large reservoirs are visible on the map. Also, around the Andarun-i Tarban Street, many graves of persons belong to Muslim Community, a Dargah and a Chilla are identifiable lying to the south of Tarban Nawab Deorhi Street. The word Dargah means court in Persian, is a shrine, built over the grave of a holy figure like a saint or Sufi, becomes significant after the death of the saint, and devotion towards the saint leads to the transformation of his grave into the center of pilgrimage and annual ceremonies, are seen as the popular places of worship over a period of time. The word Chilla has many meanings like 'retreat' in western religious terms, whereas both in Arabic and Persian literally means forty. It is a spiritual practice of penance and solitude in Sufism. The Sufi/dervish isolated from any human contact and remain in a practice of meditation without food for forty days and nights within a small room like the ritual of Arbaeen, an observance take place for forty days after the Muharram 10, especially of Shia Muslims.
