The Hébert room at the Émile Zola school in Rennes is a former chemistry room that was created in the 1880s. It contains original furniture, designed by architect Jean-Baptiste Martenot. In 1933–1934, the lab benches were reupholstered with a mosaic coating created by the Odorico company. Today, the Hébert room is a heritage space housing part of the school's education collections.
