Roseanna says: "Thank you Iain, we are indebted to you and all the NHS workers who help us during our time of need. This is my small way of paying tribute to their tireless and selfless work, they truly are heroes."

Iain says: "Yes it's been hard and yes it's been stressful but it's been equally amazing to have all the good work the NHS does so widely recognised. Myself and my colleagues have been humbled by all this attention but it's been gestures like these that have made the hard times so much more palatable. Thank you for that."
