Iba Blah (Eva Lyngdoh) is increasing sustainable livelihoods for women and youth within the region of Meghalaya. Iba, has been working on a bee-keeping project which was funded by the FAO. She was responsible for its' implementation after completion of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) in the project villages.

Iba Blah runs a health retreat, where people from far and wide will be able to come and heal themselves with organic food such as Aloe Vera. Vistors will be able to not only stay and experience the rich natural environment but they will also be able to see how the plants such as Aloe Vera can be cultivated and transformed into healthy meals and fresh juices. They will learn about their healing properties and take home with them invaluable knowledge so that vistors can continue to live healthy and sustainable lives that is in unison with the environment.
