Igshaan Adams, work-in-progress (2) from Social Fabric artist-in-residence

For Social Fabric's 4th and last iteration, we worked with off-cuts, or post-production waste. Igshaan Adams was artist-in-residence visiting various textile manufacturers to learn about the production process including how off-cuts come about. The work shown is made using remnants of shoe leather and fabric-coated wire, materials otherwise considered detritus.
