Ike. Bark cloth beater. Used for pounding and producing sheets of masi (bark cloth). Carved from solid kau (wood). Long and square in cross section with a tapered handle. Four-sided, with three sides with grooves spaced 2mm to 4mm apart. One side is plain without grooves. Dark brown in colour.
