Illegal fishing within three mile limit off the coast of California is rapidly disappearing, thanks to radar. California Fish and Game Division records show that violations of the fish conservator laws are becoming extremely rare since General Electric engineers installed radar on the Divisions patrol craft in1949. Captain Kenneth Hooker, Division of Fish and Game, scan the viewing screen aboard the patrol craft, the Bonito. Golden Gate bridge is visible through cabin port.
