In doing so, Kartel defies the traditional boundaries of design, skillfully merging traditional craftsmanship with digital design to create a unique aesthetic. Through his high-contrast, semi-abstract compositions, Kartel evokes remnants of the past that continue to shape our present. He is currently based in Berlin, where he lives and works.
