The Albayzin School, as a National Reference Centre (CRN) for Handicrafts, is leading a model of social responsibility in Spain based on rights and appropriate management of diversity, allowing people with disabilities to be a productive group with equal access to the labour market. The Dual Training Project in Inclusive Crafts will start in 2021 and will allow, for the first time in Spain, the accreditation of level 1 craftsmanship skills (CP "ARTN0110_1 Reproductions of handcrafted ceramic moulds and pieces") for people with intellectual disabilities. Training accompanied by adaptation and support measures in the classroom, integrated guidance, non-work practices and social research that has analysed in depth the physical, methodological and cultural barriers that prevent this group from accessing a qualification. This project has allowed them to progress in the construction of new actions that complete the "Inclusive Circular Crafts" model, in which 14 CRNs from different professional families participate in order to transfer the inclusion model to their respective productive sectors.
