Increasing the number of the army of the Commonwealth in the Great Sejm

A gold piece of the medal was presented by the Prussian envoy Girolamo Lucchesini to King Stanisław August, and the silver ones to the Sejm Marshals Stanisław Małachowski and Kazimierz Sapieha, to commemorate the Sejm, which adopted the establishment of the 100,000th army and the erection of a monument in Łazienki on the 100th anniversary of the death of Jan III Sobieski.
