Inside a bai

The ten chief of the ten village clans within a klobak are divided into two opposing sides called kaucherareu. The odd-numbered clan sit on one sie headed by one chief whild the even-number clans sit on the other sode headed by the second chief. This is the heart of Palauan tradition: maintaing a balance, everything has two sides.
