Installation of Water Means Life

Artist Statement: My goal was to have a work of art that can be appreciated from afar – but also enjoyed in its details and from a close- up perspective. It speaks about water in visual and typographic ways, and opens the doors to phantasy. The artwork has been realized with images and elements of décor from old dictionaries from the end of the 19th century: with my work I bring back to life books, events, characters that would otherwise be buried forever on the dusty shelves of old book shops.
