There is only very simple flower pattern motif on this dress. Balenciaga is known as designer who does not allow any compromise regarding his designs. Even this very simple flower patterned design, it show his particularity and strictness. The motif for cut work is laid out by subtly scallop shaped hem and the cut out motifs are all worked with overcast stitch and thread the same color as the dress. This makes the cut work standout more.
