Intromission (introduction to office in compliance with the law) of the Regency Council in Warsaw on 28 October 1917

The obverse: In front of Our Lady and Child sitting on the throne against the symbolic panorama of Warsaw (the Sigismund column and the clock tower of the Royal Castle are visible), the figures are kneeling - a representation of Polish states, along the edge an inscription: „INTROMISYA RADY REGENCYJNEJ W WARSZAWIE 28. PAŹDZ. ROKU 1917” (Intromission (introduction to office in compliance with the law) of the Regency Council in Warsaw on 28 October 1917) Reverse: Three busts of regents to the right. In the rim an inscription: „JÓZEF OSTROWSKI. ARCYBISKUP ALEKSANDER KAKOWSKI. KSIĄŻE ZDZ. LUBOMIRSKI” (Józef Ostrowski. Archbishop Aleksander Kakowski. Prince Zdzisław Lubomirski)
