Iron Sand

Iron sand collected during dry season just round the school at KiaMbeere. Every small bare strip bears the sand and there is no difficulty in finding it. During the wet season it is impossible to collect. Used by blacksmith called Gatiti for smelting at his place called Kiritiri. ie, because soil may not be taken from the land during the growing season, the crops would be adversely affected.
