Isaac Hayes Vest

Preceding the Wattstax Festival, Isaac Hayes served as the Grand Marshal in the Wattstax Festival Parade. During this period, he was a recent Academy Award winner and in high demand in the music business. Hayes wore this vest when he began his career and when he was recording in the studio at Stax Records. Hayes was inducted into the Rock Hall in 2002.
