Isabella Greenway was the first congresswoman in Arizona history, and the founder of the Arizona Inn of Tucson. She was also a longtime friend of Eleanor and Franklin D. Roosevelt. This photo, taken in 1932, shows her at the inn during Franklin D. Roosevelt's whislestop tour.
