The large living room in the self-titled "Hemlock Island" home of Baron Nicolas de Gunzburg in the Vernon Township Lake District, New Jersey. The room is paneled in a light colored wood, with a matching secretary cabinet with a hutch standing against the wall, over which hangs many mounted pairs of deer antlers. On the floor lays a bearskin rug with attached head; a table in the middle of the room holds to candelabra and an eagle statue; in the foreground sits a red couch with a fur throw laid over it.
