Jackstraws:Jack Straws

The game "Jack Straws" is believed to date from very earliest times. It is both cheap and easy to make a Jack Straws game. Although some firms still manufacture Jack Straws games in contemporary times, today we recognize "Pick up Sticks" as a close relative. Perhaps the only difference is the use of a hook, in Jack Straws, for picking up the individual sticks.
