고종 3년(1866)에 '홍성(弘聖)'이란 존호를 올리면서 만든 헌종계비 효정왕후(1831~1903)의 어보이다. '명헌(明憲)'·'숙경(淑敬)'·'예인(睿仁)'·'정목(正穆)'·'홍성(弘聖)'은 철종 2년부터 고종 3년까지 올려진 존호이다. 모두 옥보로 만들어졌다.
