광무 6년(1902)에 '유령(裕寧)'이란 존호를 올리면서 만든 헌종 계비 효정왕후(1831~1903)의 어보이다. 효정왕후에게는 모두 14차례 존호를 올렸고, 이번에 올린 존호는 13번째이다. 존호를 올리면서 새긴 어보는 모두 옥보이다.
