정조 2년(1778)에 장조 세자빈에게 '효강(孝康)'이란 존호를 올리면서 만든 장조비 헌경왕후(1734~1815) 어보이다. 이때까지는 아직 세자빈의 신분이었기 때문에 인문에 인(印)이라고 새겨져 있다. 인문 중 '혜빈(惠嬪)'은 영조 38년(1762)에 올린 것 이다.
