A very dark olive-green shield shaped nephrite pendant, with slightly upward swept tips on either side, surmounted by a transversely pierced rectilinear bail. Relief carved and incised on either face with near identical decoration, featuring a central cartouche echoing the shape of the medallion containing meandering foliage bearing blossoms in profile springing from a larger blossom, probably a lotus, situated at the base of the medallion. This is framed by a further meander of the same type as featured within the cartouche, though without a lotus blossom. All decoration finely outlined, the petals and leaves with tiny grooves to create a sense of depth.
