The Edgar site is a mid-19th century Euro-Canadian deposit that was excavated by Archaeological Services Inc. in 1997. The assemblage contained a small number of music artifacts, including this jaw harp, an instrument popular in the 19th century. This jaw harp is made of cast iron.
