"My name is Dorothia, I am a South African national serving a sentence at the Lang’ata Women’s Prison because of drug trafficking. I am a 32-year-old mother of one. Since I was imprisoned here I have not had any family or friends visit as I am a long way from home. Carakana has helped me take care of my needs and I have been saving up to send money for my son's education. I am eternally grateful "
