Jewelry hoard

This hoard, found in a jar, included a necklace of gold beads made with the beating and filigree techniques and decorated with granulation; silver jewelry, including earrings and amuletic pendants decorated with the niello technique featuring birds, scrolls, and inscriptions; and strands of semiprecious stone, glass, and ceramic beads. One of the pendants is inscribed with chapter 112 of the Qur'an.
