Jewish Historical Institute on Tłomackie Street, 1990s

The idea of a Museum of the History of Polish Jews originated among people affiliated with the Association of the Jewish Historical Institute. Conceptual work on the project commenced in 1993 and was continued – as a social initiative – until 2005.
