Jigsaw puzzle:PUZZ-3D US Capitol

Montreal-based puzzle manufacturer Wrebbit Inc., now a part of Hasbro, counts among its products an innovative line of three-dimensional puzzles, called PUZZ-3D. The PUZZ-3D collection features both world landmarks and fantasy locations, and ranges in difficulty and size. In 2011, The Strong received a donation of four of these collectible, highly detailed puzzles from a donor who assembled PUZZ-3D puzzles as a hobby during his retirement years. This puzzle, made of more than 700 pieces, replicates the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. It captures the Capitol's intricate architectural components, including a detailed representation of the building's famous cast-iron dome and a miniature replica of the Statue of Freedom that stands at the very top.
