Joaquín Sorolla Bastida

An article with photographic portraits of Joaquín Sorolla was published in Revista Hispania, no. 56 of 15 June 1901. One of them would form a reportage with this positive and the caption indicates that he was eighteen years old, so we can establish 1881 as the date for the photograph, with the dedication made by Sorolla on the positive after the photograph was taken.
