Made by Corrado de Mochis from Cologne based on a cartoon by a German master in the mid-16th century, this panel most likely depicts the prophet Jonah as he preaches in the city of Nineveh. It is currently on display in the Milan Duomo Museum, originally believed to be part of a larger scene, with a series of other characters on the right. In all likelihood, the work was conceived for the large apse window dedicated to the Old Testament.
