Josko Gravner travelled back in time to make
his exceptional wine. He revived an ancient
tradition: ageing wine in buried amphoras, just
as the ancient Romans did. The wines made by
the “peasant” Josko Gravner – as he likes to call
himself – occupy the top spots in global rankings.
