This batik long cloth originated from Trusmi, Cirebon has a special motif of junglefowl and 'megamendung' or mega cloud. The motif is said to symbolize a birth of Islam in Java that is believed to begin in Jati Mountains. The junglefowl stood on top of a karst mountain which is native to Cirebon landscape.
