historical photography - Karel Hašler (1879-1941) was not only the old Prague songwriter and entertainer. As an actor he was offered engagement at the National Theatre in the year 1903 bythe great J. Kvapil himself. In 1915 Karel Hašler missed the performance and it was a reason for his dismissal. He did not regret because he could fullfill himself in the film. Photo that we show here was dedicated in 1904 to his theatre colleague Eduard Vojan.
