Led by Karen and Bob Paisley, the Metropolitan Ensemble Theatre’s 2017-18 season was one of its strongest, including productions of the Sophoclean tragedy, “Antigone,” Shakespeare’s “Cymbeline,” Bertolt Brecht’s “The Caucasian Chalk Circle” and Nilo Cruz’s Pulitzer-Prize-winning “Anna in the Tropics.”
