A black-and-white photograph of the 1948 Kenosha Comets. The players, along with the manager, chaperone, and bat girl, are arranged in three rows, all sitting on bleachers. The first row is bat girl Marcia White, Elizabeth "Betty" Fabac Bretting, Dorothy "Dottie" Naum Parker, Ruby Stephens, Fern Shollenberger, and Pauline "Polly" Miller. The second row is manager Donald "Chet" Grant, Christine "Chris" Jewitt Beckett, Jean Cione, Marilyn Jones Doxey, Margaret "Marge" Villa Cryan, Barbara Rotvig, and chaperone Johanna "Jo" Hageman Hargraves. The back row is Bethany "Beth" Goldsmith, Genevieve Audrey Wagner, Alice "Lefty" Hohlmayer McNaughton, Delores "Dolly" Brumfield White, Janice "Jerry" O'Hara, and Magdalen "Mamie" Redman.
